Welcome to the proof of my lost mind.

Here is where I will document my first ever NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) Adventure. If you don’t know what that means, NaNoWriMo–in short–is a bunch of people getting together in November to write at least 50,000 words of a novel. Unless you’re  a rebel. Then you write whatever you want, even if you started writing it before November 1 of that year.

I have never written anything fictional. I have written a couple of non-fiction e-books, one of which I have lost thanks to having to reformat my laptop.

By weekend, I care for an elderly woman in her home. I help her with basic daily tasks, supervise her taking her medications, and even take her to church. During the week, I do what ever I want…within my budget. Lucky for me NaNo is free!

I have never been married but I am currently engaged to a mostly wonderful man, who will be referred to here as MM. I live with my mother and her friend. The friend is referred to as TMack on here. I have a few real life friends, but most of the people I talk to daily live in my computer.

I hope you enjoy what I write here. You can also connect with me on most social networks. I’ll post the links below. You can become writing buddies with me from my NaNoWriMo profile.

If you have any questions or comments, use the contact form here or give me a shout on the NaNo site OR my social networks. Take care, and follow this blog if you want to keep up with yet another crazy WriMo participant.
